An IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) acts as a liaison between the Health Sciences IT department and the Professional Schools. The primary role of an IT BRM is to understand your needs and goals and align them with the capabilities and resources of our IT department. We are here as a partner to collaborate and help communicate technical needs and wants.

As a customer service advocate a BRM helps improve alignment between IT and the Professional Schools. While the BRM is not a replacement of established workflows, we are an extra resource to help you get what you need. The BRM helps optimize the use of technology to support the goals of our customers and improve collaboration and communication.
