As a general rule of thumb on managed vs unmanaged devices, consider the following: Your device is most likely managed if you purchased it through UCSD with USCD funds and it has been imaged with the standard USCD branded desktop. If you purchased a Mac through UCSD using UCSD funds and have the Casper app installed, it probably is managed by UCSD Health IS.
